OPĆI UVJETI SERVISA — EV CLINIC Stupnik (Posh Trade d.o.o.)
Predajom vozila (osobno ili putem šlep službe) potvrđujete da prihvaćate sljedeće uvjete:
1. Postupak rada
Dijagnostika i remanufaktura provode se po \"no-matter-what\" načelu — bez privremenih popravaka. Svaka intervencija obuhvaća kompletnu analizu i obnovu sustava radi trajnog rješenja.
2. Jamstvo (ograničeno)
Baterijski sustavi: 1 godina
Elektromotori (non-LDU): 1 god. ili 20.000 km
LDU i glavne pogonske jedinice: 2 godine, bez ograničenja km
Hibridne baterije: 1 god. ili 30.000 km
Jamstvo pokriva isti kvar / isti error code, isključivo ako uzrok nije vanjski (vlaga, pregrijavanje, mehaničko oštećenje, neovlaštene softverske izmjene, neadekvatna upotreba). Šlep, logistika i skladištenje nisu pokriveni.
3. Rokovi
Procjene su informativne. Stvarno trajanje može biti dulje zbog složenosti VN sustava, skrivenih oštećenja ili dostupnosti dijelova. Ne odgovaramo za kašnjenja uslijed vanjskih okolnosti.
4. Obveze klijenta
Klijent potvrđuje da je dao točne podatke o prethodnim intervencijama i prihvaća platiti dijagnostiku, demontažu i ponovnu montažu bez obzira na ishod popravka. Pojedini slučajevi mogu biti R&D karaktera — bez zajamčenog rezultata ili roka.
5. Pravo zadržavanja vozila
Sukladno Zakonu o obveznim odnosima, Posh Trade d.o.o. zadržava vozilo do potpunog podmirenja svih potraživanja. Sve obveze dospijevaju odmah po izvršenju.
6. Nepreuzimanje vozila
Ako vozilo ne preuzmete u roku od 2 radna dana od obavijesti o završetku, naplaćuje se ležarina 15 € + PDV po danu. Zadržavamo pravo da o trošku klijenta angažiramo treće osobe za uklanjanje vozila.
7. Probna vožnja
Klijent daje suglasnost da ovlaštena osoba Posh Trade d.o.o. upravlja vozilom radi provjere ispravnosti nakon popravka.
8. Odgovornost
Odgovornost je ograničena na izvršene radove. Ne odgovaramo za neizravne štete, sekundarne kvarove, niti za štete uslijed više sile (požar, poplava, tuča, potres i sl.).
9. Zaštita podataka
Klijent potvrđuje da mu je dostavljena Obavijest o obradi osobnih podataka sukladno GDPR-u i Zakonu o provedbi Opće uredbe o zaštiti podataka, te da je s njom upoznat.
10. Pravna osoba koja pruža uslugu
Uslugu pruža isključivo Posh Trade d.o.o. za trgovinu i usluge, Gornjostupnička ulica 11/A, 10255 Gornji Stupnik, OIB: 01119337276, MB: 04891228, koje posluje neovisno na temelju licence brenda EV Clinic. EV Clinic ne odgovara za izvršenje usluge, ishod, cijenu, jamstvo, niti eventualnu štetu.
Potvrdom narudžbe potvrđujete da ste pročitali, razumjeli i prihvatili sve navedene uvjete, te dajete suglasnost za defektažu i/ili izvršenje odobrenih radova.

GENERAL SERVICE TERMS — EV CLINIC Stupnik (Posh Trade Ltd.)
By handing over the vehicle (in person or via towing service), you confirm acceptance of the following terms:
1. Work methodology
Diagnostics and remanufacturing are carried out under a \"no-matter-what\" principle — no temporary or partial repairs. Each intervention involves complete system analysis and restoration aimed at a permanent solution.
2. Warranty (limited)
Battery systems: 1 year
Electric motors (non-LDU): 1 year or 20,000 km
LDU and main drive units: 2 years, unlimited mileage
Hybrid batteries: 1 year or 30,000 km
Warranty covers the same fault / same error code only if the cause is not external (moisture, overheating, mechanical damage, unauthorized software modifications, improper use). Towing, logistics, and storage are not covered.
3. Timelines
All time estimates are informative. Actual duration may be longer due to high-voltage system complexity, hidden damage, or parts availability. We are not liable for delays caused by external circumstances.
4. Customer obligations
The customer confirms that accurate information regarding all prior interventions has been provided, and agrees to pay for diagnostics, disassembly, and reassembly regardless of repair outcome. Certain cases may qualify as R&D — without guaranteed results or timeline.
5. Right of retention
In accordance with the Croatian Civil Obligations Act, Posh Trade Ltd. retains the right to hold the vehicle until all outstanding claims are fully settled. All financial obligations are due immediately upon completion.
6. Failure to collect the vehicle
If the vehicle is not collected within 2 business days of notice of completion, a storage fee of €15 + VAT per day will be charged. We reserve the right to engage third parties, at the customer\'s expense, to remove the vehicle.
7. Test drive
The customer consents to authorized personnel of Posh Trade Ltd. operating the vehicle for the purpose of verifying repair integrity and safety after service.
8. Liability
Liability is strictly limited to the work performed. We accept no responsibility for indirect damages, secondary failures, or consequential losses, nor for damages caused by force majeure (fire, flood, hail, earthquake, etc.).
9. Data protection
The customer confirms receipt and acknowledgment of the Privacy Notice regarding personal data processing in accordance with the GDPR and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
10. Legal entity providing the service
The service is provided exclusively by Posh Trade Ltd. for trade and services, Gornjostupnička ulica 11/A, 10255 Gornji Stupnik, Croatia, OIB: 01119337276, Reg. No.: 04891228, operating independently under license of the EV Clinic brand. EV Clinic assumes no liability for service execution, outcome, pricing, warranty, or any damage arising in connection with the service provided.
By confirming the order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all the above terms, and consent to diagnostics and/or execution of approved works.
